My Adventure to Fit began as a personal journey and has grown into a global movement centered around health, balance, and sustainable living.

Founded by Tiffany, My Adventure to Fit started in 2016 when she decided to share her own transformation publicly. At the time, she was a 24-year-old single mother weighing over 230 pounds, determined to make a real change — not through quick fixes, but by building a healthier lifestyle she could maintain long term. By the end of 2018, Tiffany had lost 93 pounds, and along the way, she inspired a rapidly growing community of people seeking realistic, lasting wellness.

What started as social media motivation soon expanded into educational content, beginning with digital guides and e-books designed to simplify nutrition and mindset. As the community grew, so did the demand for clean, effective products that could support everyday health. That vision led to the creation of My Adventure to Fit supplements — thoughtfully formulated with high-quality ingredients, no added sugar, and a focus on both effectiveness and taste.

In 2023, Tiffany introduced what became known as “The Tiffany Plate,” a simple, balanced approach to eating real foods without unnecessary rules or restrictions. This concept quickly went viral, reaching millions of people and reinforcing the brand’s core belief: health does not have to be complicated to be effective.
